Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are 5 to 7 business days depending on product design and Item. (The tracking info probably needs 3-5 days to update because of the system checker delay) Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers!

We work very quickly at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively, enter your tracking number into ‘Track your order’ on our website.
